今回のテーマは、ノーパン喫茶（https://ecchi.iwara.tv/videos/wra5eugg5xsqn3jqq）に続き特殊喫茶（カフェー）1階がノーパン喫茶で、2階で気に入った喫茶店の女の子と“仲良く”できる部屋があるという特殊喫茶方式（カフェー・スタイル）では初めに「特殊喫茶（カフェー）」について1、日本最初の喫茶店とカフェー日本で本格的にコーヒーを飲ませてくれる店が誕生したのは、1888（明治21）年、東京下谷区（したやく；現在の台東区西部）上野黒門町に開業した「可否茶館」とされるが、カフェーの名を冠した最初の店は、1911（明治44）年3月銀座日吉町に開業したカフェー・プランタンと言われ、この店は、パリのCafeをモデルに美術家や文学者の交流の場とすることを目的とされるが、パリのCafeが給仕なのに対して、プランタンは女給を置いていた。大正時代に入ると、カフェーと言いながら、コーヒーよりも酒・料理が主となり、コーヒーを楽しむというより、美人女給目当ての客が大半を占めるようになった。こうした喫茶店らしからぬ店を「特殊喫茶」と呼び、カフェーと言えばこちらを指すようになる。これに対して、純粋にコーヒーを楽しむことを目的とした喫茶店のことを「純喫茶」と呼び、区別するようになった。また、こうした特殊喫茶の形態が後のバーやクラブへと発展したとされる。そして、1933（昭和8）年になると、カフェーは風俗営業と認定され、警察の監視下に置かれることになる。2、性風俗業としてのカフェー特殊喫茶（カフェー）が、本格的に性風俗へと“進化”したのは戦後になってから戦後、日本政府に代わり日本の占領政策を推し進めた侵略軍（GHQ（General Headquarters,the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers：連合軍最高司令官総司令部）の手始めは、「日本の公娼制度の廃止」3、日本の公娼制度公娼制度とは公的機関、いわゆる国家による管理売春のことであるが、これを本格的積極的に推し進めたのが豊臣秀吉で、1589（天正17）年、豊臣秀吉を許可を得る形で、原三郎座衛門らが日本初の遊郭「二条柳町（別名；方三町の御免色里）」を京・万里小路（までのこうじ）二条南に開設江戸時代に入って間もない1612（慶長17）年、庄司甚右衛門が遊郭設置の許可を幕府に陳情し、受理される。5年後の1617（元和3）年、江戸吉原遊郭誕生。この江戸吉原遊郭が日本の近代公娼制度の基礎を築いたとされ、政権を引き継いだ明治新政府は、吉原遊郭と公娼制度をそのまま引き継ぎいだ。しかし敗戦後、GHQはこの「日本の公娼制度」撲滅を目論んだ。終戦間もない1946（昭和21）年1月22日、GHQが日本政府に対し、「日本における公娼制度廃止に関する覚書」を手交2日後の同年同月24日、GHQ、公娼制度廃止を命令2月20日、公娼制度を正式に廃止3月1日、従来の遊郭が“特殊喫茶”として営業を再開11月12日、これに伴い、警察当局が、元遊郭の“特殊喫茶”地帯を地図に“赤線”で囲って区分。それ以外の売春地帯は青線で気分した。これ以降、「赤線」「青線」のの用語が一般化する。翌年の1947（昭和22）年7月1日、東京・吉原の元遊郭が“特殊飲食店（カフェー扱い）”に改称。それまでの遊女は、“女給”の呼び名に変更これは余談になるが、現在、ソープランド絡みの事件が起こると、ソープ嬢はソープ嬢とは決して報道されず、「飲食店従業員」と呼ばれる。マスコミの配慮だろうが、ソープ嬢を飲食店従業員と呼ぶのはこの頃の名残と思われる。4、カフェーと遊郭の終焉カフェーとして再スタートした遊郭であったが、それも長くは続かず、1956（昭和31）年5月15日、「売春防止法案」が衆議院を通過。これにより日本の売春の非合法認定が決定的となる。同月24否、同法を公布。これにより、2年後の1958（昭和33）年4月1日に、「売春防止法」全面施行が決定する。1958（昭和33）年3月31日、午前零時をもって、全国の遊郭（カフェー）がその歴史に幕を下ろした。しかし、吉原の灯が完全に消えることはなかった。同年7月、東京・吉原の元遊郭で、同じく元赤線業者（遊郭経営者）が、吉原初のトルコ風呂「東山」を開店。ここに、日本のソープランドの歴史が始まった。日本のソープランドについては、その前身である「トルコ風呂」の第一号が、1956（昭和26）年4月1日、東京東銀座に開業した「東京温泉」を起源としてるため、ソープランド発祥をこの「東京温泉」とするか？上記の「東山」とするか？で、議論が繰り返されているが、それに関しては、もし機会があればそこで説明したい。結構長くなるので(^^♪前置きが長くなりましたが、こうした背景も踏まえて、今回の動画を御覧頂けたなら是幸いです(- -)(_ _)The theme of this time is a special cafe (Cafe) following a no-pan cafeA special cafe style (Cafe style) that there is a room where you can "get along" with a girl in a coffee shop you liked on the 2nd floor with no-pan cafe on the 1st floor.First of all, about "special cafe (Cafe)"1, Japan\'s first coffee shop and coffeeIn 1888 , the shop that makes coffee serious in Japan was established as "The Coffee Kan" which opened in Ueno Kuromoncho in Tokyo Shitaya Ward (Shitayaku; present western part of Taito Ward) However, the first shop with the name of coffee is said to be Cafe Planetan which opened in Ginza Hiyoshicho in March 1911.
