In addition to its other programming, the Night Owl Public Access Network also hosts the hard-hitting journalism show, Nopan News. Kaat is tonight’s guest anchor, and she discusses the recent discovery that Climate Change is due to panties!This is quite a bit different from my prior videos, but it’s something that I’ve been toying around with for a while. It took me a long time to get this together. I originally tried to do the lip sync manually, but it was taking forever. A big thanks goes to J&J, not only for the Kaat model, but he also pointed me to a helpful video about how MMM can do lip syncing. That ended up saving a lot of time.Some other parts of the animation underwent significant changes along the way. One early idea I had was to use more camera angles, where Kaat wasn’t always in view, and as it would cut back to show her, it would catch her masterbating at which point she would look surprised and then stop. However, the scene cuts seemed too disjointed, so I ended up removing those and only leaving a few segments with Kaat playing with herself. As for why she’s doing this on the newscast, it could be that she’s bored, or that all this discussion about going nopan and global warming is making her hot and bothered.I debated whether or not to include the closed captioning, but due to the number of non-english speaking viewers of this site, I felt it was better to include this to help anyone who might have difficulty interpreting the TTS voice.Depending on the reception, I may do more Nopan News segments.
